PAC at Global Homeboy Network

Thank you to Alison Lass from Homeboy Industries for inviting PAC to their annual Global Homeboy Network Gathering at the California Endowment on July 27 through July 29.

We left, awe-struck, with so many ideas for our organization, all of the people that we work with and potential thought-partners to collaborate with. The Plenary sessions gave everyone in attendance insight into the collective wisdom that Homeboy Industries has cultivated over the past 37 years, and the Technical Assistance workshops (Fundraising, Marketing, Social Enterprise Development, Education) were hugely educational.

Thank you to Father Greg Boyle, for inspiring us again to ‘listen, love, listen and love’ and to try and make everyone who we work with always feel ‘safe, seen and cherished.’ Homeboy Industries is truly unique, and everyone at the event was so generous with their experience and insight.
